Join hands with govt to rebuild Bengal, CM urges industrialists
Kolkata: Chief minister Suvendu Adhikari on Friday appealed to industrialists here to join hands with the govt to rebuild Bengal, stressing the need for the state’s industrial revival .
“I look forward to your participation in rebuilding West Bengal , a state that once contributed immensely to the country’s economy. But that is now a part of history, and the state has lagged behind others due to the negative attitude of some people in office over the past few decades,” said the CM at the inauguration of the renovated and beautified Maharana Pratap Udyan on Loudon Street .
