Ticketless passenger attacks Western Railway TC at Andheri, held
MUMBAI: A Western Railway ticket checker was allegedly pushed and injured by a ticketless passenger at Andheri station on Tuesday evening.
According to the staffer, Prakash Dubey, he was checking a second-class ordinary coach of a Virar-Dadar local at Borivali around 6.40pm when he found a passenger travelling without a ticket.
When asked to pay the fine, the passenger allegedly said he would arrange for a ticket.
