Their video, now viral with over 18 million views, shows the band casually seated among fellow travellers, strumming guitars and singing as the compartment slowly transforms into a cheerful crowd. Smiles spread, people clap along, phones go up to record, and a warm energy fills the space. One of the highlights? Their rendition of “Intaha Ho Gai Intezar Ki”, the classic Amitabh Bachchan track from Sharaabi (1984).

With the caption “Public transport turned into public concert,” Stone Keys shared the video on Instagram. They added, "On the way from Ahmedabad to Lucknow, and yes we ended up creating a whole vibe in the train." Even Amazon Music India joined the fun, commenting, “Next station pe hum bhi aa rahe hain.”

Social media users loved the wholesome chaos, calling it a refreshing break from the usual stress of train travel. One user joked, “Jis train me m jaati hu usme hmesha bacche hi rote rehte h,” while another added, “Music is the universal language that brings all together.”

But the moment wasn’t without debate. Some viewers pointed out that not everyone may enjoy unexpected performances during long journeys. “Imagine you haven’t slept all day and thought of getting some rest in the train and this starts,” one user wrote. Another commented, “Seems like educated, but no civic sense…. There must be some other passengers who have paid for the ticket and are suffering.”

Love it or dislike it, one thing is certain, Stone Keys turned a routine train ride into a story everyone is talking about.
