A group of five tourists from Gujarat, including a woman, enjoyed a lavish meal worth ₹10,900 at Happy Day Hotel in Siyava, near Mount Abu, Rajasthan. The food was delicious, the mood was merry but when it came time to pay, the story took a twist.
 
 
 
 A Quick Chase and a Traffic Twist
The hotel owner and a waiter quickly caught on to the act. CCTV footage revealed the group’s vehicle heading toward Ambaji, at the Rajasthan-Gujarat border. Without wasting a moment, the hotelier chased them down, navigating through heavy traffic. Fate, however, had its own plan the group got stuck in a traffic jam.
 
 Caught at the Border
With the help of local police, the hotel owner managed to stop the fleeing tourists near the border. All five were arrested on the spot before they could make a full getaway. 
 
 
 
 
After being caught, the embarrassed tourists reportedly called a friend to transfer the money online and clear their dues. What began as a cunning “free meal” plan ended with a chase, a crowd, and a police complaint proving that sometimes, karma doesn’t wait too long to serve dessert.
 
The Old “Restroom Trick”
