'Who brought 12-year-old to protest site?': POCSO action sought against CJP's Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das
SILIGURI: Advocate Rinki Chatterjee Singh has sought registration of a Zero FIR against CJP leaders Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das and other organisers under provisions of the POCSO Act.
She has questioned the presence of a 12-year-old child at the organisation’s July 20 protest at Jantar Mantar.
Singh alleged that children were brought to the protest site during the demonstration against the NEET paper leak, where a lathi-charge took place and abusive language was allegedly used against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the country, news agency ANI reported.
