The National Testing Agency ( NTA ) has declared the results and NTA scores for the All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test ( AIAPGET ) 2026. The result was announced on September 18, 2026.
The examination was conducted for admission to postgraduate courses in Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha and Unani. The NTA conducted the exam on behalf of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), in consultation with the Ministry of Ayush.

AIAPGET 2026 exam details
The AIAPGET 2026 examination was conducted on August 22, 2026, for 51,482 registered candidates. A separate examination was conducted on September 1 for 49 candidates scheduled at Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women, Jaipur, in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
The main examination was held at 205 centres across 104 cities on August 22. A total of 49,864 candidates appeared for the examination.
Category-wise candidates
Among the 49,864 candidates who appeared for AIAPGET 2026, 16,782 were from the General category, 3,822 were Gen-EWS, 21,019 were OBC-NCL, 6,025 were SC and 2,216 were ST candidates.
The gender-wise data shows that 18,686 male and 31,178 female candidates appeared. No third-gender candidate was recorded in the data released by NTA.
AIAPGET 2026 cut-off percentile
NTA has also released the category-wise cut-off percentile and number of qualified candidates for each subject.
Ayurveda
The maximum marks recorded in Ayurveda were 390 for the UR/EWS category.
Homoeopathy The maximum marks recorded in Homoeopathy were 417.
Siddha
The maximum marks recorded in Siddha were 319.
Unani
The maximum marks recorded in Unani were 359.
AIAPGET 2026 subject-wise toppers

The maximum possible marks in the examination were 480.
AIAPGET 2026 counselling
NTA has clarified that it will have no role in the counselling process.
The Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) will conduct counselling for admission to All India quota seats in government, government-aided, national institutions, central universities and deemed universities established under the Central Act.
For State and Union Territory quota seats, counselling will be conducted by the respective designated authorities. Admissions will be based on the candidate's AIAPGET 2026 merit, subject choice, eligibility criteria, guidelines, domicile requirements and applicable reservation policies.
