Assam TET Exam: New Date, Admit Card Process, and Key Guidelines
The Directorate of Secondary Education, Assam, has revised the date for the Assam Teacher’s Eligibility Test (TET) recruitment exam 2024. Initially planned for December 29, 2024, the exam has now been rescheduled to January 19, 2025. Fresh admit cards will be issued starting January 3, 2025, from 11 AM onwards.

Ranoj Pegu shared the update on the microblogging platform X, stating, “The TET cum Recruitment Test scheduled for 29/12/2024 has been postponed to 19/01/2025. Candidates can download fresh Admit Cards using their Application No. and Password on the Directorate of Secondary Education, Assam’s website (https://madhyamik.assam.gov.in) from 11 AM on 03/01/2025."

Exam Details and Accessibility
The Assam TET exam will consist of two papers, each lasting 2 hours and 30 minutes and containing 150 multiple-choice questions. Special provisions are made for blind candidates, who will receive an additional 20 minutes to complete the test.
Steps to Download Assam TET 2024 Admit Card
PwBD candidates must also provide a certified document recognized by a competent authority.
