Canara Bank Announces 3,500 Graduate Apprentice Positions, Apply by October 17

New Delhi, October 11 (Daily Kiran) : Canara Bank has issued an official notification for the recruitment of 3,500 Graduate Apprentices across various states and union territories. This opportunity is aimed at young individuals aspiring to work in the banking sector. The application process began on October 1 and will close on October 17. The available positions are distributed based on language and region, including states such as Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal, among others.For instance, there are 581 positions in Karnataka and 409 in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates must apply online through the official apprenticeship portal and Canara Bank's website. To be eligible, applicants must hold a degree from a recognized institution or an equivalent qualification approved by the central government. Importantly, candidates should not have graduated before January 1, 2023, or after September 1, 2026. The age limit for applicants is set between 20 and 28 years, as of September 1, 2026, with relaxations available for reserved categories.Selection will be based on the examination of applications, merit lists, local language proficiency tests, physical/medical fitness assessments, and document verification. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹16,650. While filling out the application, candidates must pay a fee of ₹500 for general, OBC, and EWS categories. Those from SC/ST/PWD backgrounds are exempt from this fee.
