Himachal D.El.Ed. counselling: 1,308 seats allotted in first phase, 1,142 remain vacant
Himachal D.El.Ed counselling 2026 : The first phase of the D.El.Ed. (CET)-2026 counselling conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education has been completed, with 1,308 seats allotted to candidates across institutions in the state. A total of 2,450 seats were available for the counselling process.
The first phase was conducted from August 21 to August 31, 2026. After the completion of the process, 1,142 seats remain vacant. The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education said the allotment was based on merit and the preferences submitted by candidates. Board chairman Dr. Rajesh Sharma said the prescribed process was followed for seat allotment.
