The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) will close the MP Police Constable recruitment 2026 registration process on October 6. Candidates who have not yet applied for the Police Constable (General Duty) recruitment can submit their forms through the official website at esb.mp.gov.in.
The recruitment drive is being conducted for 7,500 Police Constable posts in the Special Armed Force (SAF) and Non-SAF cadres under the Police Headquarters, Home (Police) Department, Madhya Pradesh.

Candidates can follow these steps to apply:

2. Complete profile registration with the required Aadhaar and biometric details.

MP Police Constable 2026 eligibility
Candidates applying for the recruitment must generally have passed Class 10. For Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates belonging to Madhya Pradesh, the minimum educational qualification is Class 8.
The age limit is 18 to 33 years as on October 6, 2026. Age relaxation will be available to eligible candidates as per Madhya Pradesh government rules.
Application fee
Unreserved candidates have to pay a total application fee of Rs 700, which includes Rs 500 as the ESB fee and Rs 200 as the department fee.
Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of Madhya Pradesh have to pay Rs 350, including Rs 250 as the ESB fee and Rs 100 as the department fee.
Additional portal charges are Rs 60 for MPOnline Kiosks and Rs 20 for registered citizen users.
Selection process
The selection process will include a 100-mark computer-based written examination, followed by a 100-mark Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
Candidates will also have to clear the Physical Measurement Test (PMT), document verification and medical examination.
