NTA scorecard lost, stolen or damaged? Here's how to get a duplicate

The National Testing Agency ( NTA ) has issued an update for candidates who have lost, damaged or misplaced their scorecards. Candidates can apply for re-issue of their NTA scorecard by following the prescribed process.

Before applying for a duplicate scorecard, candidates should first check their DigiLocker account. If the scorecard is available there, they can simply download it and do not need to submit a separate application.

NTA scorecard re-issue: What candidates need to do
Candidates whose scorecard is not available in DigiLocker can follow these steps:

Step 1: Check the DigiLocker account and download the scorecard if it is available. No separate application is required in this case.

Step 2: If the scorecard is not available in DigiLocker, candidates need to download Annexure 1 from the NTA notification dated September 17, 2026. They have to fill out the form as required.

Step 3: Candidates must attach the documents mentioned in the public notice and send them by email to result@nta.gov.in.

Alternatively, candidates can send the required documents by Registered Post or Speed Post to:

Duplicate NTA scorecard after verification
NTA said that a duplicate scorecard will be issued after verification of the candidate's records and as per the prescribed procedure.

Candidates should make sure that the information and documents submitted with the request are correct. They can visit the official NTA website at nta.ac.in for the notification and further details.
