'Return home': Alberta Premier tells international students without PR to leave Canada when visas expire

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith has delivered a blunt message to international students caught in Canada's increasingly restrictive immigration system: a study visa is temporary, and those who cannot secure permanent residency after their permitted stay should return home.
