The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced the tentative schedule for the Computer Based Test (CBT) 1 for Assistant Loco Pilot ( ALP ) recruitment under CEN 01/2026. According to the official notice, the RRB ALP CBT 1 exam will be conducted from November 3 to November 5, 2026.

The facility will also include the Travel Authority for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories.
Candidates should note that the exam city and date information will be available before the e-call letter. The RRBs will start the downloading of e-call letters four days before the respective exam date mentioned in the exam city and date link.

The RRBs have also issued important instructions regarding Aadhaar authentication. Candidates will have to undergo Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication at the exam centre before entering the examination hall.
Candidates must carry their original Aadhaar card or a printout of their e-verified Aadhaar to the exam centre.
Those who have not completed Aadhaar verification can do so by logging in with their credentials on the official RRB application website, rrbapply.gov.in.
Candidates who had already verified their Aadhaar during the application process are also advised to check that their Aadhaar remains in an unlocked condition in the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) system before reaching the exam centre.
