Candidates selected for the Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I) role will enter an established pay band ranging from ₹48,480 to ₹85,920 per month, alongside applicable banking allowances, medical benefits, and superannuation perks.

Meanwhile, experienced professionals appointed to the Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMGS-II) cadres will receive a higher pay structure starting from ₹64,820 and scaling up to ₹93,960 per month, supplemented by standard public-sector bank allowances, leased housing assistance, and career advancement tracks within SBI's institutional banking network.

Academic Qualification, Age Relaxations, and Online Registration Fee Structure

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in graduation from a recognized Indian university or institute, supplemented by relevant prior work experience in commercial banking or trade finance domains as stipulated in the notification.

Depending on the specific scale applied for, the minimum entry age ranges between 21 and 23 years, while the upper age ceiling is set between 30 and 32 years. Reserved category applicants are entitled to standard government age relaxations, offering a 5-year upper limit extension for SC and ST candidates, 3 years for OBC applicants, and up to 10 years for persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD). To finalize registration, unreserved category candidates are required to submit an application fee of ₹750, while applicable fee concessions apply for reserved applicants through the digital payment gateway.
