The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the SSC General Duty (GD) Constable result 2026. Candidates who appeared for the computer-based examination can check the result PDF through the official website at ssc.gov.in.
According to the result details, a total of 21,56,776 candidates appeared for the examination, of whom 1,97,408 have been provisionally shortlisted for the next stage of selection. The shortlisted candidates include 15,782 female candidates and 1,81,251 male candidates for forces other than the Secretariat Security Force (SSF). Another 375 male candidates have been shortlisted against All India SSF vacancies.
The examination was conducted between April 27 and May 30, 2026. The recruitment drive aims to fill 25,487 vacancies for Constable (GD) posts in various Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF and Rifleman (GD) posts in Assam Rifles.
