Tamil Nadu NEET UG counselling 2026: Round 2 seat allotment result out, direct link to download here
The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Tamil Nadu, has released the Tamil Nadu National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2026 Round 2 provisional seat allotment result today, September 15.
A total of 5,304 seats have been allotted under the MBBS and BDS courses across government quota, management quota and the government 7.5% reservation quota.
Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round 2 will have to complete the joining process by September 18, 2026. The provisional TN NEET allotment order can be downloaded online.

A total of 3,875 seats were allotted under the MBBS and BDS government quota. Another 1,298 seats were allotted under the management quota.
Under the government 7.5% reservation quota, 131 seats have been allotted.
How to download TN NEET UG Round 2 allotment order 2026
Candidates who have been allotted MBBS or BDS seats in Round 2 can download their provisional allotment order by following these steps:
Visit the official Tamil Nadu NEET counselling website at tnmedicalselection.net. On the homepage, go to the MBBS/BDS UG Counselling 2026-27 section. Candidates under the government and management quota should select the “92.5% - CLICK HERE FOR ROUND-2 ONLINE COUNSELLING OF MBBS/BDS COURSE” option. Candidates under the 7.5% reservation for Tamil Nadu government school students should select the “7.5% Round-2 counselling link”. Click on the Round 2 provisional allotment or order link for the relevant quota. Check the allotted college, course and other details. Download the provisional allotment order and take a printout for the admission process.
