Since artificial intelligence has knocked on the corporate doors, one question has kept many up at nights with tremors: What if AI takes my job? But who exactly is on the chopping board, is known by none. We have always envisioned corporates as ladders on which we need to climb. And organisations till now also followed a similar hierarchy.

As companies grew, they needed more managers to supervise people, coordinate teams and keep information flowing between employees and senior leadership. But what happens when technology begins doing much of the coordination itself?
