Aamir Khan, who celebrates his birthday on March 14 every year, will be marking the occasion on set as he continues filming his upcoming project, Sitaare Zameen Par. Since the announcement of Sitaare Zameen Par, anticipation among fans and audiences alike has soared, eagerly awaiting another captivating film from the superstar.

During an interview with TV9 at their conclave, Aamir Khan solidified the release date for Sitaare Zameen Par, affirming that it will hit the screens as a Christmas release. “My next film as a lead actor, which has just begun filming, is Sitaare Zameen Par. We are trying to release it by the end of this year, on the occasion of Christmas. It is an entertaining film, I like the story. The shooting of the film has begun,” he expressed.


“But besides that, you will be able to see me not as a lead actor in the film but I am doing a few things. Let’s see how the audience reacts,” Aamir elaborated, before adding, “I am doing a few small roles.”

Sitaare Zameen Par also features Genelia Deshmukh in a leading role, marking the first collaboration between Genelia and Aamir Khan on the big screen.


Additionally, Aamir Khan, serving as a producer, has recently released 'Laapataa Ladies,' directed by Kiran Rao, under his production banner, Aamir Khan Productions. The film has garnered widespread acclaim from both audiences and critics alike.
