Elvish Yadav Admits To Introducing Snake Venom Into Rave Parties: Report
Noida Police detained YouTuber and winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish Yadav, on Sunday in an investigation concerning the purported use of snake venom as a recreational substance at a gathering. According to police sources cited in a report by NDTV on Monday, Elvish has admitted to facilitating the presence of snakes and snake venom at rave parties he organized.
According to the report, Elvish Yadav, who previously denied any connection to the snake venom case , confessed during interrogation that he was acquainted with the other individuals arrested last year for supplying snake venom.
The remaining five individuals, who were detained and are currently released on bail, have been recognized as Rahul (32), Teetunath (45), Jaikaran (50), Narayan (50), and Ravinath (45). They all hail from Moharband village situated in southeast Delhi’s Badarpur.

Elvish Yadav, a popular YouTuber and singer hailing from Gurugram, rose to prominence following his victory on the reality show Big Boss OTT 2, which was hosted by Salman Khan in 2023. However, on Sunday, the Noida police arrested Elvish Yadav in connection with the snake venom case. He, along with five others, was accused of selling snake venom at rave parties in the National Capital Region.
Elvish has been remanded to 14-day judicial custody after being summoned for questioning at Sector 20 police station on Sunday, according to officials familiar with the situation. Additionally, Elvish faces allegations of incorporating snakes into his video productions.
“We have found substantial evidence against Elvish Yadav and his involvement in supplying snake venom," Noida Police said.
Elvish and five others were booked on November 3 last year for allegedly supplying snake venom to a party in Noida's Sector 51, under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120 B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code. The arrest followed a report filed by animal welfare activist Gaurav Gupta, affiliated with the NGO People For Animals, at the Sector 49 police station.
