Balkaur Singh, Sidhu Moosewala's father , took to Facebook on Tuesday to address the ongoing rumors surrounding their family. He urged people not to believe in such speculations and emphasized that the family would disclose any significant news at the appropriate time.
“We are thankful to Sidhu’s fans who are concerned about our family. But we plead there are so many rumors going around about the family, they are not to be believed. Whatever news, the family will share with you all," he wrote in Punjabi.
For those unaware, in February of this year, Indian Express disclosed that the parents of the deceased Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, widely known as Sidhu Moosewala , are anticipating a new addition to their family. As per reports, his mother is 58 years old, while his father is 60.
Sidhu Moosewala, who ran for the Punjab Assembly elections on a Congress ticket from Mansa in 2022, met a tragic end on May 29 of the same year. He was fatally shot by assailants while in his car in Jawaharke village of Mansa district.
