Amitabh Bachchan was deeply moved as he expressed his gratitude towards the fans who gathered outside his Mumbai residence on Sunday for darshans . For many years, a multitude of fans have flocked to his house in Juhu for the customary 'Sunday darshans', coming together to catch a glimpse of the beloved Big B and demonstrate their affection. This past Sunday, on February 19, was no exception. In a video shared by the esteemed actor on social media, he could be seen making his way to the doors while fans eagerly waited to greet him.
Supporters from various parts of the globe and across different age groups congregated to catch a glimpse of Amitabh Bachchan. In the footage, Amitabh warmly welcomed them with folded hands and a wide smile. He acknowledged fans at the farthest reaches by waving and graciously autographed several pieces of fan artwork. Sharing the video on X, Amitabh wrote in Hindi, “Yeh nahi hai toh kuch nahi hai (There’s nothing if this isn’t there).”
He shared the video on his blog as well and wrote, “This (the fan meet) is the revelation of the anticipation .. those familiar Ef .. their dedication .. their chants .. their smiling faces .. just for those fleeting few moments .. and there is wonder ever .. why how .. my gratitude ever .. my reasoning for its why and wherefore .. never the hope of its happening .. ever ..”
Amitabh Bachchan has been keeping himself occupied with various projects lately. Recently, the veteran actor was spotted shooting for his debut Tamil film. He's set to star alongside Rajinikanth in the much-anticipated movie, which is dubbed as Thalaivar 170. Directed by TJ Gnanavel, known for his work in Jai Bhim, this film has generated significant excitement among fans. Additionally, Bachchan is slated to appear in Kalki 2898 AD, alongside Deepika Padukone and Prabhas. Not stopping there, he's also involved in the remake of The Intern, produced by Deepika Padukone, who will also share the screen with him in the movie.
