Geum Ja (Kang Ae Sim) and her son Yong Sik (Yang Dong Geun), marked with numbers 149 and 007, add a layer of emotional complexity to the game, their family bond sparking curiosity. Other participants include Jung Bae (Lee Seo Hwan), a friend of Gi Hun, and Jun Hee (Jo Yu Ri), who is determined to recover money lost in a scam.
In the newly released video, Lee Jung Jae reflects on Gi Hun’s evolution, emphasizing his transformation: “One thing he knew for sure was that this must never happen again. I think that became the biggest motivation for the transformation Gi Hun went through compared to season 1.” Lee Byung Hun, discussing the Front Man’s beliefs, contrasts them with Gi Hun’s optimism, saying, “Front Man believes that there’s no benevolence left in people. Gi Hun thinks the opposite, that even in desperate situations, people still hold kindness within them. Front Man’s main goal, I think, is to shatter the conviction Gi Hun holds.”
