As we have stated in multiple previous announcements, we are currently responding with a zero-tolerance policy to crimes that threaten our artist’s safety or infringe on our artist’s rights or privacy.
Through the law firm SHIN&KIM, we have filed a criminal complaint against the individual who came to our artist’s dorm on charges such as home invasion, and the case in question is currently being investigated. Also, regarding the people who have illegally obtained our artist’s personal information and attempted to call them, we have filed criminal complaints against them, and investigations into some of the suspects have been completed.
As for the people who are creating and spreading fake edits and posts about our artist, even if it takes a little time, we will reveal the definitive truth through digital forensic analysis of images, video, and audio. Once again, we are letting you know that we will mobilize all resources at our disposal in order to protect our artist.
