5.2 kg heroin seized in Jammu, NCB busts Pakistan network; 3 held
JAMMU: Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) busted a major cross-border heroin trafficking cartel in Jammu, seizing 5.2 kg of heroin, and arresting the suspected mastermind and two of his accomplices.
“On a tip-off on Aug 22, a vehicle was intercepted in Jammu‘s Panjtirthi and two of its occupants, both residents of Kashmir’s Baramulla district, were arrested for possessing the contraband,” an NCB spokesperson said Wednesday.
