8 terror suspects held in Kashmir; arms-ammo, posters seized
SRINAGAR: Joint teams of security forces arrested eight terror suspects and seized arms, ammunition, and other incriminating material in separate operations in three Kashmir districts.
Six arrests were made in south Kashmir’s Shopian district and two in Pulwama, also in south Kashmir. A cache of arms and ammunition was recovered in north Kashmir’s Sopore district, J&K Police said Tuesday, claiming the action had dealt a major blow to terror networks operating in the Union Territory.
