Bad weather leads to 14 flight diversions from Delhi

Severe weather conditions in Delhi have led to the diversion of 14 flights from the city airport.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert for heavy rain and a yellow alert for moderate rain across several districts.

Thunderstorms, lightning, and winds of 30-40km/h are also expected in South East Delhi, East Delhi, Shahdara, Central Delhi, North East Delhi, South Delhi, New Delhi, South West Delhi, West Delhi, North West Delhi, and North Delhi.
