'Evicted at dead of night': Mahua Moitra moves Supreme Court over Nadia Circuit House eviction
NEW DELHI: Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra has approached the Supreme Court alleging that the Nadia district administration in West Bengal evicted her from her official constituency accommodation at the Circuit House in violation of court orders.
The matter was mentioned before Chief Justice of India Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and V Mohana, seeking urgent listing of Moitra’s plea.
