Shaina NC Criticizes Sanjay Raut as Full-Time Conspiracy Theorist

Mumbai, September 23 (Udaipur Kiran) : Shiv Sena spokesperson Shaina NC has sharply criticized party leader Sanjay Raut, describing him as a "full-time conspiracy theorist and part-time MP." Speaking to a news agency, she expressed her concerns over Raut's frequent press conferences, which she claims focus on unfounded allegations against the election commission and the electoral process.Shaina pointed out that while the public votes using Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), Raut raises questions about their integrity. She emphasized that doubts also arise regarding the legitimacy of elected leaders when the public makes its choice. Addressing a recent tragic incident involving a minor in Jamui, Bihar, Shaina condemned those who filmed the event instead of offering assistance. She stated that there is a moral responsibility for bystanders in such situations and called for strict action against the perpetrators, rejecting the patriarchal mindset towards women.On questions raised by the opposition regarding Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the Systematic Voter's Registration (SVR) process, Shaina asserted that the opposition's role should not merely be to criticize. She explained that the SVR is essential for cleaning the voter list, which includes verifying names of deceased individuals and potential fake voters, encouraging anyone with objections to file complaints within the stipulated timeframe.When asked about Sonia and Rahul Gandhi's objections to actions taken by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Shaina maintained that investigative agencies must be allowed to carry out their duties. She urged cooperation from those involved, stating that if no wrongdoing has occurred, the truth will emerge through the evidence. Discussing issues related to Muslim personal law and inheritance, Shaina advocated for equal rights for sons and daughters, underscoring the need for a Uniform Civil Code (UCC) based on equality.On the drought-like conditions in Maharashtra, she noted that Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde are assessing the situation across various districts. Shaina assured that the government will make appropriate decisions in the interest of farmers after reviewing the ground realities. Regarding illegal constructions in Delhi, she stated that the administration must act according to the law, regardless of whether the structures are temples or mosques.Lastly, she addressed the controversy surrounding the mimicry of the Prime Minister, acknowledging the place for humor while also stressing the importance of maintaining the dignity of the constitutional office.
