NEW DELHI: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Monday took a swipe at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) after waterlogging was seen at Delhi's Talkatora Stadium, where BJP national president Nitin Nabin flagged off a series of “Pavan Mati Kalash” processions.
