The latest Bigg Boss 20 Weekend Ka Vaar episode delivered a combination of heated arguments, emotional moments and celebrity appearances as Salman Khan returned to host the show. The episode focused on the growing rivalry between Amrapali Dubey and Mahhi Vij, while Qazi Touqeer also faced a strong reaction from Salman over his alleged medical drama inside the house.
The episode also featured the first eviction of the season, with Rohed Khan leaving the show after receiving the lowest number of votes among the nominated contestants. Tamannaah Bhatia, Sidharth Malhotra, Sonali Bendre and Munawar Faruqui added to the entertainment with their appearances.

With the larger number of votes, Amrapali was chosen by the contestants as the housemate perceived to have the strongest influence inside the Bigg Boss house.
Salman Khan Calls Out Qazi Over Medical IncidentOne of the most notable moments of the Weekend Ka Vaar came when Salman decided to demonstrate to Qazi how others might feel during a medical emergency.
During the episode, Salman suddenly held his chest and collapsed on the stage, leaving the housemates concerned. He then revealed that the incident had been staged as a lesson connected to the medical emergency involving Qazi inside the house.
The host used the situation to highlight how such incidents can affect everyone around them. Amrapali was reportedly emotional after understanding the point behind Salman’s act, making the segment one of the episode’s key moments.
Rhiti Tiwari and Qazi Touqeer Get Into Heated ArgumentTensions inside the house also escalated when Rhiti Tiwari and Qazi Touqeer became involved in a heated confrontation.
Rhiti referred to Qazi as a “fake baba”, which immediately drew an objection from him. The argument intensified when Rhiti questioned his attempt to stop her from speaking, while Qazi asked her not to involve his father in the dispute.
Rhiti later apologised for the abusive remark, bringing the confrontation to an end, although the exchange added to the tension during the episode.

Before leaving, Rohed told Salman that working with him had been one of his dreams. Salman responded, “Inshallah one day we will work.”
Rohed’s departure left his friends Rhiti and Aasif emotional as he bid farewell to the housemates.

Tamannaah revealed that she follows Bigg Boss 20 and praised Qazi for his signature hook step. She even performed the step with him and called him a “real star”, saying, “Only you can do this step.” Salman joined the fun with his playful comment, “Sabki jali na.”
Sidharth, meanwhile, praised Kanika Mann and described her as a “true alpha”. He also revealed that his mother has been following Kanika’s journey on the show and believes she is doing well.
Sonali Bendre and Munawar Faruqui also appeared during the episode. Sonali brought halwa for Salman and recreated nostalgic moments from Hum Saath Saath Hain
