His last directorial venture, ‘Aataadhara Siva’, released in 2018. Now, the filmmaker is back with an unconventional project — and an unusually long title to match.

He also revealed that the film has a personal connection to his late friend and writer Madan, with whom he had originally planned to develop the story.
“This is the longest title in the history of Indian cinema. My friend Madan and I had wanted to turn this story into a film. This was the last film Madan planned before his death. Earlier, I had made Aa Naluguru based on a story by Madan,” he said.

Described as a neuroscientific thriller and mystery musical, the film explores the relationship between sound, music and the human brain. Its narrative incorporates elements of sound therapy, brain mapping, memory and guilt.
At the centre of the story is Sagar, who becomes increasingly obsessed with the mysterious song. His search draws him into a maze of fragmented memories, unresolved guilt and a scientific experiment that has seemingly erased his very soul. Music forms a key part of the narrative, with the film featuring four songs composed by Jay Rex.
