A routine food safety inspection at a luxury hotel in Delhi’s Aerocity has turned up a list of problems that’s hard to ignore.

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued a notice to Juniper Hotels Pvt Ltd, which operates Andaz Delhi, after an inspection found expired food, pest activity, poor storage practices and other food safety violations.
