2. Mix the dry masalas – red chilli powder, turmeric, mango powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt – into the mixture.
3. Gradually add water to the mixture, blending everything to form a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for approximately 20 minutes.
4. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out using a rolling pin. Heat a tawa over low-medium flame and drizzle ghee on it.
5. Place the rolled-out paratha on the tawa, cooking it for a few minutes on each side. Optionally, apply more ghee during cooking. Serve the hot paratha with a generous dollop of butter or alongside curd and achaar.
