But on screen, Girdhar’s world is anything but tranquil. Radha (Simaran Kaur) was once brokenhearted by his betrayal but now wants to fight back. Driven by revenge and hope of winning him back as he gets more and more attracted to Shanaya (Vaidehi Nair).

Akshay Mhatre Shares, "Dhanteras is the auspicious beginning of Diwali which is one of the biggest and most loved festivals in our country. Traditionally, people celebrate this day by bringing home something valuable, be it gold, silver or anything that holds significance for them and offering prayers for prosperity and good fortune. No matter what you decide to take home, it’s the sentiment and faith behind the purchase that counts. Dhanteras brings the warmth, excitement and togetherness of the festive season. Diwali is around the corner. Wishing everyone happiness, good health, prosperity and the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi ."

Earlier in a statement, Akshay had expressed his happiness on their show completing 100 episodes, he said, "One of the most interesting parts of playing Girdhar has been to see how people react to him outside the show. There have been times when people questioned his choices or criticized his behavior towards Radha. It is interesting when people take a character close to them and demand that they answer for their actions. For me, this is what makes playing Girdhar so exiting. Being able to reach 100 episodes is a great achievement, and I am looking forward to seeing how people will react to his further actions and choices in the story."
