  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup milk or plant-based milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • Dark chocolate chips or nuts for topping (optional)

Method:

  1. Drain the soaked moong dal and blend it with banana, milk, cocoa powder, honey, baking powder, and salt into a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and lightly grease with oil or ghee.
  3. Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan, spreading gently to form a pancake.
  4. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side or until bubbles appear and edges firm up.
  5. Serve hot with a drizzle of honey, fresh fruits, or chocolate chips on top.
