From Loneliness to Bliss
Many young people today carry a heaviness. They smile in company, scroll late into the night, and say nothing of what they feel. Because they say nothing, the heaviness deepens. It was not always so. In days of the joint family, more eyes noticed a withdrawn child; more elders sat beside them, and more uncles and aunts kept their doors open. Those homes had their own tensions, no doubt, but they offered something we have slowly lost: a safety net beneath the one who stumbles.

Back then, there were no smartphones, computers, or cars; technology was limited, and people met and hung out more often. As development gathered pace and technology advanced, things began to change. We are now caught in the endless loop of desire. We must own a big house, a car, or wealth. Running a household on a single income has become increasingly difficult. The support system that nurtures a newborn into a healthy adult is almost nonexistent. Today, many children grow up in smaller families, with fewer relatives close by and busier adults around them, so the everyday warmth of a larger household can be harder to find. Consequently, they seek attention outside their homes, often enter relationships, and suffer heartbreak , leaving them lonely.
Often, one faces heartbreak alone, and it opens the door to dark thoughts. The mobile phone feeds this. A mind that cannot rest keeps circling the same thought. Even a simple discipline, a fixed time each day to put the phone away, can bring some relief. After the body dies, the soul departs. When energy, consciousness, or the soul enters the physical body, we call it birth; when it exits, we call it death. Who is being born and who is dying? Birth and death do not exist. You are a mere traveller in this body.
Know this fundamental truth: the soul makes the body function. Spirituality makes you understand who you truly are. Buddha, Mahavira, Jesus, Muhammad, Kabir, Farid, Mira Bai, Sahjo Bai, and Lalla all arrived at this understanding, each in their own way. They were human beings like us, which suggests that this inquiry is open to anyone willing to look within. Such questions are worth sitting with. Why do I feel the way I do? What is this life for? Why did I choose this work, and why are these people my family? Asking them sincerely can loosen the grip of a single painful thought and remind us that we are larger than our worst moment. Godism is mankind's ultimate evolution. The primary goal is 100% evolution, for when energy or the soul leaves the physical body, you will be welcomed into the divine abode of Sachkhand, Parabrahman.
Life is a gift, and it is precious. If you feel you cannot go on, you are not alone, and your pain deserves to be heard. Reaching out is not a weakness; it is the first step toward light. Once you realise your fundamental source and existence, life becomes joyful.
