"For me, Ganesh Chaturthi is all about faith, positivity, and new beginnings. Every year, when Bappa arrives, he brings along immense hope and joy. He teaches me to stay grounded and grateful no matter how high life takes me. In a profession full of uncertainties, his presence reminds me to trust the journey and embrace every twist with patience. The chants, the dhol, the aarti and the collective devotion create an energy that is truly unmatched. It fills my heart with gratitude. Ganpati Bappa Morya!" he said.

Recalling his fondest festive memory, Malkani said, "My favourite memory will always be having that first modak after the aarti (laughs). There is something so divine about that moment. I have actually tried making modaks at home, but to be honest, I am far better at eating them than making them. My first attempt looked more like sweet, shapeless dumplings rather than perfect modaks. But my family still ate them with so much love. That is what I cherish the most. It is never about perfection, it is about the emotion and devotion behind it."

Talking about his childhood, the actor shared, "As a child, Ganeshotsav meant pure excitement and magic. For me, it was all about pandal hopping with friends, listening to loud music, watching the beautiful lights and feeling the festive buzz everywhere. I was fascinated by how the entire community came together as one family to welcome Bappa. Everyone helped with decorations, prasad and prayers. Now, as an adult, those memories feel even more precious and meaningful. I have started understanding the deeper devotion, faith and spirituality behind the celebrations that I once only saw as fun and festivity."

He further added, "No matter how hectic my shooting schedule gets, I always make it a point to seek Bappa's blessings and attend the aarti. That one moment gives me so much peace. Amidst the chaos of daily life, it becomes my sacred pause to reflect, to thank him for everything I have and to ask for strength and positivity for the year ahead. It helps me reconnect with myself and feel protected. For me, that aarti is not just a ritual, it is an emotion that keeps me centred and hopeful." On the professional front, the actor has been part of shows like Miley Jab Hum Tum, Preet Se Bandhi Ye Dori Ram Milaayi Jodi, Hum Ne Li Hai... Shapath among others. He has also acted in Bollywood movies like Mastiii 4, Bezubaan Ishq
