Telugu movie payment dispute: Sunny Leone, Daniel Weber get relief in cheating case; Mumbai court dismisses plea

A Mumbai court has refused to revive a cheating complaint filed against actor Sunny Leone , her husband Daniel Weber , and their manager. As reported by PTI, the court found that the dispute stemmed from a commercial agreement and did not establish a criminal offence.

Additional Sessions Judge P. A. Sane of the Dindoshi court dismissed a criminal revision application submitted by complainant Omprakash Shreenarayan Lal Jain . The complaint was linked to an alleged payment disagreement involving Sunny Leone’s role in a Telugu movie.
