The human story: 'Men can cry too' expressing emotions is not a sign of weakness
He comes home after a long day, puts his bag down, asks about dinner and smiles when his family asks how his day was. “I'm fine,” he says. But sometimes, he is not. He may be worried about money, struggling at work, dealing with a relationship problem, grieving a loss or simply feeling exhausted. Yet he continues with his routine because many men grow up believing that they are expected to remain strong, solve problems and keep difficult emotions to themselves.
