BENGALURU: The domestic season may have just begun, but Tanush Kotian looked anything but rusty. The West Zone off-spinner hit his lengths from the outset, extracted drift from the dry surface and bowled with the confidence of a man who knows there is an India spot to chase.
Kotian (4/72), alongside medium-pacer Tushar Deshpande (4/57), helped West Zone bowl out North Zone for 251 on the opening day of the Duleep Trophy at the BCCI Centre of Excellence here on Sunday. West were 31/2 at stumps.
