Including his eco-friendly plans when putting the land on the market for £650,000 in 2020, the former footballer was forced to lower his asking price to £500,000.Despite hopes for his dream home being dashed away, Neville is certainly living it up in his current home that's on the street dubbed Manchester’s millionaires’ row.
