IPL 2025 Points Table: Updated Standings and Net Run Rate After The RR vs GT Match

Fourteen-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi lit up the IPL with a record-shattering performance, becoming the youngest-ever centurion in tournament history. Playing for Rajasthan Royals, the teen prodigy from Samastipur hammered a breathtaking 101 off just 38 balls, featuring 11 monstrous sixes and seven boundaries — the fastest IPL century by an Indian to date.

Chasing a daunting 210 against Gujarat Titans at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Rajasthan made it look like a walk in the park. Led by Suryavanshi’s fireworks and Yashasvi Jaiswal’s composed unbeaten 70 off 40 balls, the Royals romped home at 212 for two in just 15.5 overs.

While Rajasthan’s win was spectacular, Gujarat Titans still have reasons to smile. Despite the setback, they sit third in the IPL 2025 points table with six wins from nine games and a healthy net run rate of +0.748.




At the top, Royal Challengers Bengaluru lead the pack with 14 points from 10 matches, closely followed by Mumbai Indians, who also have 12 points but boast the best NRR of +0.889. Delhi Capitals share the same points as Gujarat but trail slightly on NRR, placing fourth.

Punjab Kings are holding strong at fifth with 11 points, while Lucknow Super Giants, with 10 points and a struggling NRR of -0.325, find themselves sixth.

Despite their dazzling win, Rajasthan Royals are still stuck at eighth with just three wins from 10 outings. Kolkata Knight Riders edge them out for seventh place by a single point, while Sunrisers Hyderabad and Chennai Super Kings anchor the bottom of the table with just six and four points, respectively.
