Mumbai Water Stock Rises To 95.53%, City's 7 Lakes Near Full Capacity
Mumbai: The total water stock in the seven reservoirs supplying water to Mumbai has increased to 95.53 per cent as of 6 am on Monday, up from 95.22 per cent recorded a day earlier, providing further relief amid the ongoing monsoon season.
According to data from the Hydraulic Engineer's Department, the seven lakes collectively hold 13,82,624 million litres (ML) of water against their total useful storage capacity of 14,47,363 ML.
