Apple may announce new MacBook Pro, iMac and iPad mini models later this month: Reporttober 27 or 28: Report

Apple is reportedly planning to announce a fresh set of products, including MacBook Pro models with OLED displays, iMac models powered by M6 chips and a new iPad mini, later this month. According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the devices could be announced on Tuesday, October 27, or Wednesday, October 28, with their release expected on Friday, November 6. The expected launch would be part of a series of product releases Apple is planning over four consecutive Fridays, from October 23 to November 13.

Apple may announce new MacBook Pro and iPad mini modelsAmong the products expected to arrive are MacBook Pro models with OLED displays, which could bring a new screen technology to Apple's laptop lineup. Apple may also launch a 14-inch MacBook Pro and iMac models powered by its M6 chips. An iPad mini 8 featuring an OLED display is another possibility. However, the report does not confirm whether all these devices will be announced together on November 6 or whether Apple will choose only some of them for the launch.

Apple's expected product release scheduleIf the reported timeline is accurate, Apple's upcoming releases could follow this schedule:

• Friday, October 30: HomePod mini 2
• Friday, November 6: MacBook Pro models with OLED displays, 14-inch MacBook Pro and iMac models with M6 chips, and/or iPad mini 8
• Friday, November 13: HomeView and Apple TV 4K (4th generation)

The schedule suggests Apple could spread its product announcements and releases across several weeks instead of introducing everything at once. However, the company has yet to confirm the reported dates and product lineup.

If the timeline holds, the next few weeks could bring updates across Apple's laptops, tablets and smart home devices.
