‘BJP Misled Aga Ruhullah, Offered Him Lollipop’: NC Attacks Former Srinagar MP Over Resignation

A political face-off has erupted in Jammu and Kashmir following Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi's resignation from the National Conference. Deputy CM Surinder Choudhary has accused the BJP of misleading Ruhullah and offering him a “lollipop”. His remarks came after BJP vice-president Ram Madhav said Ruhullah's farewell rally in Budgam was held with the blessings of “our people”. Meanwhile, Ruhullah accused the NC leadership of abandoning the fight for the restoration of rights following the abrogation of Article 370.
