‘Come If You Have Guts’: Rahul Dares PM Modi To Open Debate, Alleges ‘Foreign Help’ Behind Rise

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to an open debate, accusing him of relying on foreign assistance to become and remain in power. In a post on X, Gandhi alleged that foreign entities were backing the country's financial system and social media platforms supporting the Prime Minister. He also claimed Modi would avoid a public debate because he was apprehensive about what Gandhi knew about him. The challenge came a day after Modi criticised the Opposition during his Rashtriya Ekta Diwas address in Gujarat, calling it an obstructive force. Without naming Gandhi, Modi questioned his foreign visits and alleged that anti-India forces were supporting certain elements. Gandhi also shared a Hindi version of his challenge.
