The court directed authorities to allow regulated train operations, issue revised public advisories and ensure commuters face minimal hardship. It also asked officials to reconsider road barricades and identify alternative routes where necessary. The court emphasised balancing public safety, peaceful assembly and residents’ right to access essential transport services.
