Delhi AAP Leaders Detained Over Parvesh Verma Slapgate Row | FIR Against Bharadwaj, Jarnail Singh

AAP Delhi president Saurabh Bharadwaj and MLA Jarnail Singh were detained during a protest outside Delhi Police headquarters, where they were demanding an FIR against Delhi PWD Minister Parvesh Verma over the alleged slapping of a 22-year-old man during a Tilak Nagar road inspection.The political row escalated after Delhi Police registered an FIR against Bharadwaj, Jarnail Singh and other AAP workers over the alleged assault of a head constable during a separate Tilak Nagar visit. Police said the constable was recording the proceedings when he was allegedly surrounded and assaulted.
