Delhi’s Northeastern Community Speaks on Assault of Manipuri Musician C Vikram Singh

Following the alleged assault and death of Manipuri musician Chongtham Vikram Singh in Delhi, we take to the streets to hear directly from people about the incident and understand their views on concerns surrounding the safety, dignity and treatment of the Northeastern community in North India. Singh, 54, was allegedly chased into his apartment and attacked after he objected to loud music and noise outside his home. He later died while undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
