FIR Filed Against Abhishek Banerjee|TMC Alleges Poll Manipulation, Post-Poll Violence in West Bengal

An FIR has been registered against TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee over allegedly inflammatory election speeches and remarks against Amit Shah during the Bengal Assembly elections. The controversy intensified after Banerjee accused the Centre of manipulating counting and failing to stop post-poll violence. Mamata Banerjee has also moved the Calcutta High Court over violence allegations following the BJP’s historic victory in West Bengal.
